1. Who we are

All in One PMTool is operated by Sparkbizsols ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. For data your team or clients put into your workspace, you (our customer) are the data controller and we act as a processor on your instructions.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), company name.
Workspace content: projects, tasks, files, comments, time entries, invoices and client records you create in the Service.
Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card/payment details are processed by our payment providers (PayPal and/or Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and actions taken, used for security and to improve the Service.
Support data: messages you send to our support address.

3. How we use data

To provide, secure and maintain the Service (contract performance).
To process payments and send transactional emails — verification, invites, notifications, billing (contract performance).
To respond to support requests (legitimate interest).
To send product updates and marketing you can opt out of at any time (consent / legitimate interest).
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service — hosting (Hostinger), payment processing (PayPal and/or Stripe), and email delivery — under agreements that restrict their use of the data, or where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. After account closure we retain data for 30 days to allow recovery, then delete it from active systems; backups roll off within 90 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted, and workspaces are logically separated per customer. We back up data regularly. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of any breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us at support@sparksols.com and we will respond within 30 days. EU/UK users may also complain to their supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the Service to function.

9. International transfers

Our servers are hosted with Hostinger. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
