Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required. We encourage you to test All in One PMTool thoroughly during the trial — it exists so you never have to pay for something that isn't right for you.

2. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable, except as described in section 4 or where required by law. Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period.

3. Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of first payment, we will refund it in full. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but your workspace remains active until the end of the paid year and will not renew.

4. When we will always refund

You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment or a charge after cancellation).
A sustained technical failure on our side prevented you from using the Service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@sparksols.com from your account email with your workspace name and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
