Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of All in One PMTool (the "Service"), operated by Sparkbizsols ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

The Service is a web-based project management platform providing tools such as project and task management, client collaboration, time tracking, and invoicing. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid-up subscription period without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including users and clients you invite.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on our pricing page.
Free trials convert to paid plans only when you choose a plan; we do not charge automatically at the end of a trial unless you have provided payment details and selected a plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you and your users upload to the Service ("Customer Data").
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your Customer Data during your subscription. After account closure, we retain data for 30 days for recovery, then delete it from active systems.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload malicious code; attempt to access other customers' data; resell the Service without our written consent; or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that breach this section, normally after notice unless the breach creates immediate risk.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be scheduled outside peak hours where practical. Support is provided per your plan via support@sparksols.com.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data (beyond restoration from our most recent backup). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach of these Terms with notice, or immediately where required for security or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (data, liability, IP) survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions: support@sparksols.com.
